How do i tell my girlfriend that shes not eating right without insulting her?
My girlfriend weighed her self and she put on a few pounds and she flipped out.
She doesn’t eat proper meals she skips breakfast and lunch and all she eats is cookie dough, cake, and drink sodas.
When she does eat a full meal she eats fast food.
Shes gaining weight because of what she’s eating not that she’s eating alot.
I just wanna tell her that she can eat better foods and be full without the weight gain without indirectly calling her fat.

the same problm with me and I am also puttin gon loads of weight. but I don care and evn my bf doesnt care that much. u need to make her understand and if you both stay together u can cook for her somethng healthy.
you can tell her that you found out that not eating actually makes you fatter and you gain weight, and that if you exercises you can eat all you want. (well not realllie)
just tell her that your concerned about her.
and if she doesn’t listen, maybe tell her how it might threatening your relationship and that might get her thinking?
GOOOD LUCKY!
Tell her you are thinking of starting to eat healthier…when you go out to eat try to include her into your way of thinking. If you start calling her fat, she wil just eat more. Make it like a couples thing. “Lets start eatiing healthy and see what happens”
“I loe you and are thinking about our children to be” etc..
Just tell her that you are concerned about her health. Eating nothing but junk food can cause serious damage to her heart. Then try to help her make better decisons when it comes to food.
buy her victorias secret panties as a sexy present but have them 2 sizes too big on accident. make sure to do this with flowers, candy, and other accessories but just the panties not right.
You can bring her the information that you have researched. Sharing the information can be fun if you are also interested in eating healthy, so you can share it with her indirectly: showing her your new found interests, and suggest that she really reconsider fast food / junk food diet. Personally as someone who has had a family member that has suffered a stroke from poor diet and no exercise, I urge you to eat healthy and work out every day, including cardio. Make sure you also talk to your physician and dietician to make sure you wont be overdoing it or missing something.
Well, its hard to tell, I’m thinking that you should say something like, “Hey babe, I noticed you’re getting kind of skinny,” (Even though she’s getting fatter) “It might help if you laid off all of that crap food, and eat more of the good food, like, chicken, and vegtables and all that, so you might look a little more healthy.” And also take her on long walks through the park. SHe’ll think it’s romantic, and you’ll know its for her own good. I hope that helped ya!!!
